Why can't I just collect on my own?

The time it takes to collect debt depends on how long the account has been outstanding. The longer an account has been past due, the longer it will take to recover the debt. Commercial Recovery Solutions begins work on your account the moment it is sent in, so no time is wasted in the debt recovery process.
What if the debtor disputes the debt or refuses to pay?
If the debtor disputes the debt, we will show them the documentation you have provided stating the debt is valid. Any dispute claims are investigated. If the debtor refuses to pay, legal action may be suggested.
What debts can I submit to collections?
Commercial Recovery Solutions has no minimum dollar amount. Debts such as business to business, non-sufficient fund checks, stop payments, personal loans, rent, child support, prior legal actions, along with many others can be submitted. If you are unsure about your particular debt, call or fill out the email form on the contact page and a representative will answer your question.
What if I don’t have contact info on the debtor?
Our professional investigators will locate the debtor and find all contact information needed in order to collect the debt. There are no additional charges if you do not have this information.
Are there annual fees or sign up costs?
No, there are no annual fees or sign up costs. Commercial Recovery Solutions works on a contingency basis, so we take a percentage out of whatever we can collect for you. If we cannot collect, you owe us nothing.
What documents would you need from me?
Copies of the invoices, statements, contracts or NSF checks that will support your debt.
